I don't even know where to begin with how grateful I was to Michelle and her team at Printspot. We had received our package from them and everything looked so great, until we noticed a correction that needed to be made that was from our side, not Printspot. I immediately contacted Michelle and let her know what had happened and we are needing a fix ASAP!

She took my issue VERY seriously and kept me calm also and we talked about different options that would be cost effective. In the end, we did decide to go with a full reprint of the booklets and Michelle even took the time to find the most cost effective and quickest turn around for us so we could get our booklets back and out to our clients. Without Michelle's determination, care and concern I am not sure that we would have made our deadline getting our packages out to our clients. She was professional, calm and friendly.
